3. SMS/Text Messaging
Our contact form at lstailors.com/contact collects SMS consent with two separate, optional checkboxes. Each is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form or to purchase.
Checking the transactional SMS box authorizes L&S Custom Tailors to send appointment reminders, order updates, and replies to your inquiry. That box does not authorize marketing texts.
Checking the separate marketing SMS box is express written consent to receive recurring promotional and house-news texts from L&S Custom Tailors. We record that marketing flag separately from transactional consent. Unchecked means we do not treat you as opted in to marketing SMS.
SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out
- Opt-in: You opt in to transactional SMS and/or marketing SMS by checking the matching checkbox on our contact form at lstailors.com/contact. Marketing consent is never granted by the transactional box alone.

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with any third-party companies for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely by L&S Custom Tailors for the purposes described above.
