Where Craftsmanship Comes to Life

The
Shop Floor

Every suit begins here — with a conversation, a bolt of cloth, and the hands that have been doing this for fifty years. Walk through our process.

The Process

From First Handshake to Final Stitch

Six stages. No shortcuts. This is how we build.

Your Consultation
01

Your Consultation

We sit down together — no pitch, no pressure. You tell us about your life, your style, what you need the suit for. We listen. We ask questions. We start to understand your body and your preferences. This is where trust begins.

Pattern Creation
02

Pattern Creation

For bespoke: we drape quality 120s wool directly on your body, pinning and marking in real time. That fabric gets taken apart — the pieces become your master pattern. A unique blueprint that exists for no one else. For MTM: we adjust our proprietary master patterns, refined over five decades, to your exact measurements.

Fabric Selection
03

Fabric Selection

Explore our library from the world's finest mills — Loro Piana, Scabal, Holland & Sherry, Vitale Barberis Canonico. Feel the cloth. Understand the weights. We guide you toward the fabric that matches your life, your climate, and how you move.

200+ bolts in-house · Full mill access
The Handwork
04

The Handwork

Nine tailors, each with decades of experience, begin building your garment. Full floating canvas. Hand-padded chest piece. Pick stitching along the lapels. Hand-set sleeves. Every seam pressed at every stage. This is where the craft lives.

Full canvas construction · Hand-finished
Fittings
05

Fittings

Your first fitting is in basted form — the garment is held together with loose stitching so we can adjust everything. We check the shoulders, the chest, the drape. Bespoke clients return for 2-3 additional fittings. Each one refines the suit closer to perfection.

Bespoke: 3–4 fittings · MTM: 1 fitting
Delivery
06

Delivery

Your finished suit, pressed and ready. We do a final check together — every button, every line, every detail. We show you how to care for it, how to store it, when to press it. This garment is built to last a decade. We want you to know how to protect that investment.

Final pressing · Care guidance included
